4 to 6 month old:

Banana’s are rich in calcium and fibers. Banana is a good source of antacids which is helpful when the infants are having acidity plus it is a very good fruit that helps in the development of the babies.
Baked sweet potato puree:
Sweet potatoes are loaded with vitamins, antioxidants, and fibers. A simple puree with the tint of fresh milk and water will be a great one to give it to the infant.
Carrots are a good source of vitamin A and anti-oxidants. They are a wonderful start food for the babies due to its pleasant taste and texture.
7 to 9 months old:
If your baby doesn’t eat food because it does not look good, this recipe is for you. It is full of beta carotene, potassium, and iron. One can make a batch and can store it also in small batches.
Beets and blueberry mash:
Not it just gives a beautiful tint off magenta color but also is a combination of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. You can also add this puree with a little amount of cereal for better results in taste and like.
Papaya is one of the fruits with a higher amount of acidity in it. So wait for atleast7-8 months before you give it to your child. It is full of Vitamins( A), minerals and it aids in good digestion so, indigestion can be prevented.

Cinnamon is a good source of antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties as well. For a great breakfast, one can add oatmeal and cereal, according to the liking of your child.
