Plants are an excellent way to brighten up your surroundings and add a touch of freshness to your space. Plants, in addition to improving the aesthetics of your home, help to purify the air and make a soothing atmosphere in your home. There are large plants, small plants, hanging plants, succulents, and a variety of other plants to choose from. Here is a list of the best indoor plants for decorating your space.

Snake Plant

According to the NASA Clean Air Study, Snake Plant can remove four of the five major toxins involved in the effects of sick building syndrome. This indoor plant also reduces carbon dioxide from your atmosphere at night. It requires little sunlight and very little water so it’s super easy to look after. You can place it in your living room for making your place look aesthetically appealing.

Succulent 

Succulents can survive on limited water resources such as dew and mist, making them drought tolerant. They have swollen stems and/or fleshy, thickened leaves that store water so they do not need much maintenance. Most succulents require at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day, so place them near a south or east-facing window. If your succulents don’t get enough sun, you may notice them becoming spindly or stretching toward the light.

Money Plant

Money plants are unkillable; they thrive in all types of extreme weather and can withstand sudden temperature changes. Plants in our daily lives, according to Vastu experts, activate positive energy. They advise planting money plants inside the home to bring good fortune and prosperity. Money plant removes barriers to financial growth and provides multiple sources of income. Peace Lilly

Monstera Deliciosa

Monstera prefers a warm, humid environment, making it ideal for growing indoors. Monsteras can grow to enormous proportions, but you can keep them under control with a small pot. They require very little water,  and can easily brighten up dull, quiet corners with indirect sunlight. This indoor plant also has air-purifying properties, wipe down the leaves with a damp cloth to remove all the dust it accumulates from the air.

Anthurium

Anthuriums are on NASA’s list of air-purifying plants. They are among the best houseplants for purifying indoor air. If you decide to grow this houseplant, make sure it has plenty of indirect light. The blooms love to soak up the sun, and you’ll be rewarded with their beauty for weeks. The most important aspect of this houseplant is that it thrives in high-humidity environments. As a result, make sure to mist it on a regular basis. This flowering plant has lovely red, heart-shaped blooms, making it ideal for your living room.
