Cocoa is known to be packed with antioxidants and helps protect the skin from common problems like free radicals and signs of premature aging. Wondering how to fit this delicious dessert into your skincare routine? We’ve got you covered!
Combine 2 tablespoons of yogurt with a tablespoon of dark cocoa powder and a tablespoon of honey. Mix it well and apply it to your face. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes before washing it off and then drying it.
In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix them well so there are no lumps in the formula. Apply to dry skin just before showering and massage into the skin well. Wash with lukewarm water.
If any residue remains, it can be stored in a glass jar for up to two weeks.
