Children are very in this season because they drank hot chocolate. Many peoples go on a picnic and spend quality time with their families. In this season we do not get tired very early as like the summers. Summer is a very lazy season. This season is very wonderful and colourful and everyone is waiting for the upcoming year. Families will go to Shimla and Manali to enjoy the winter season and snowfall.


Health is very important. Nawadayseverone is conscious about their health and without good health, we can not do anything. Proper fruits should be eaten in winters that keep us healthy and warm.

SUMMER SEASON:- Blackberries, blueberries, peaches, plums, tomatoes, watermelon, broccoli, cucumber, green beans, zucchini, raspberries.

FALL SEASON:- Apples, cranberries, figs, grapes, pears, pomegranate, quince, butternut squash, cauliflower, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potatoes,  swiss chard.

Winter season in India depends on the extreme changes in weather. There are three major seasons namely winter, summer and the monsoon. It starts in November and ends in March. In the month of January some regions of northern India covered from snowfall. Winter days are very bright and pleasant. The different season brings different weather and hours of light.

Winter season 2020 is a very cold season. This type of cold comes after many years. This season brings fever, feeling feverish, the chills, cough, runny nose, muscle or body aches, headache and fatigue. Fruits eat on a regular basis boosts and improve health. All fruits contain different proteins and fibres and each fruit has different qualities. Fruits reduce weight and improve health. It improves the health of heart patients also. Berries are very wonderful fruit for a heart patient. So in winter season fruits should be eaten daily to keep the body fit.
